About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Public Tax and Audit Firm. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading our tax practice and providing expert guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for various business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and compliance advice to clients across diverse industries, including restaurants, service organizations, attorneys, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead and mentor the tax team, including Tax Seniors, to ensure their professional development and growth within the firm.

  • Participate in and drive new client proposals, with a focus on non-profit organizations and other key industries.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Tax Manager, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
  • Strong expertise in non-profit tax regulations and requirements, with a deep understanding of the tax implications for various business entities.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team, with a proven track record of leadership and professional development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
