Job Overview

As a Parking Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing designated parking areas to ensure adherence to parking regulations. Your primary duty will involve monitoring parking facilities and issuing notices for violations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned parking zones to enforce compliance with parking policies.
  • Issue citations for parking infractions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate reliability and a strong commitment to exceeding performance expectations.

This role operates as an independent contractor (1099), with compensation based on your productivity and work ethic. Earnings will be commission-based, calculated on each citation issued. Training will be compensated at an hourly rate.


This position is ideal for retirees seeking to enhance their income or individuals looking for flexible part-time work.


Work Schedule:

Part-time shifts available during mornings and/or evenings, averaging between 20 to 30 hours weekly.


Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle.
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Maintain auto liability insurance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Exhibit courteous and tactful interaction with the public.
