Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading research and user experience practices that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in product development.
  • Creating and implementing effective research strategies that yield comprehensive market insights and deep customer understanding.
  • Extracting valuable insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, supplementing your research with collaboration from fellow researchers.
  • Gathering and interpreting quantitative data through statistical methodologies and analytical tools.
  • Continuously guiding the engineering roadmap with customer insights, identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Analyzing quantitative results to uncover patterns and trends, translating these into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborating closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to define research strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conducting thorough interviews with customers to gather qualitative insights.
  • Executing various research methodologies and performing data analysis to derive actionable recommendations.
  • Effectively communicating research findings and potential opportunities to stakeholders.
We expect you to possess:
  • Proven expertise in quantitative research techniques, including survey design and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with qualitative research methods such as interviews and focus groups.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant research or product planning experience.
  • A strong background in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to inform product development.
  • Experience in crafting research plans and conducting comprehensive data analysis.
  • An advanced degree in HCI, market research, psychology, or a related field with a focus on research methodologies, or a BA/BS with substantial industry experience.
  • Preferred experience in enterprise and technology sectors.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present research insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent project management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
