Position Overview:

The Senior Human Resources Partner will play a crucial role in cultivating effective relationships and serving as a key resource for both management and staff. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, strategic business partnership, coaching, training, and project management. Success in this position hinges on a strong service-oriented approach and a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and mentor operational leadership and team members.
  • Communicate and implement human resource policies and procedures effectively.
  • Address employee relations matters, conduct thorough investigations, and guide management on corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze people metrics and trends, providing insights to leadership.
  • Manage recruitment processes, skill development, and career advancement for team members.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Lead projects aimed at resolving business challenges and achieving long-term goals.
  • Stay informed on evolving regulations to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with safety teams on objectives and assist with claims management.
  • Exemplify the core values and leadership behaviors of the organization.
  • Adapt work schedule to meet employee relations or business needs as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with UltiPro HRIS System is advantageous.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
