Gateway Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee the Adult patient programming and treatment teams for our specialized programs. This role is essential in supervising the efforts of Therapists and Treatment Support Technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Directs and manages the treatment initiatives for the adult residential inpatient facility.
- Provides oversight of clinical personnel, including regular individual and group supervision, case consultations, and updates to treatment plans.
- Monitors staffing configurations and productivity levels.
- Supervises the creation, coordination, and execution of therapeutic activities, including Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF) and other evidence-based methodologies.
- Ensures clinical documentation is current and adheres to all relevant standards and regulations through systematic audits.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of and ensures compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Guarantees daily staffing adequacy and manages monthly staffing schedules.
- Collaborates closely with the Program Director and senior management on budgeting, financial oversight, and program development.
- Master's degree in a field that meets Pennsylvania Department of Health staffing qualifications.
- Possession of a license or certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a health or human services organization, including at least one year of direct work with individuals facing chemical dependency issues.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Successful completion of PA Criminal Background Check.
- Obtaining Child Abuse and FBI Clearances.
- Passing a Drug Screening.
- Completion of a TB Test.
This position is situated within an Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Center.
