We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a people-oriented environment to become a part of our Human Resources division. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the entire recruitment process across our operations in the Americas, which includes the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Your responsibilities will encompass sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, selecting the best candidates for various roles, and managing the complete onboarding experience. Work Schedule

This is a full-time opportunity based at our corporate headquarters. We offer flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of remote work after a successful training period. Additionally, this position may be available in a reduced full-time capacity, accompanied by full-time benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies utilizing social media and networking.
  • Participate in career fairs to broaden our candidate pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify departmental needs and assist in crafting precise job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Ensure that recruitment practices comply with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Conduct initial interviews, maintain candidate records, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate the final evaluation process, and prepare offer letters.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage pre- and post-hire processes, including necessary employment and background checks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel files and input new hire data into the HRIS system.
  • Organize new hire training schedules and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Administer and evaluate new employee feedback surveys.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and HR team with various projects.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of recruitment experience is required.
  • At least one year of HR experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Experience with career fairs is advantageous.
  • Digital and social media experience is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Willingness to travel domestically (less than 5%).

Education

  • A minimum of a high school diploma with relevant work experience is essential. An Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
