Position Overview:
The role involves assisting members and prospective members with their financial requirements. This includes explaining services that cater to member financial needs, establishing new accounts, addressing issues, directing members to the appropriate staff, and preparing loan documentation. Lending authority may be granted as per assignment.
Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with account management, including opening and closing accounts, and may underwrite consumer loans within the limits set by Credit Union policy. Address inquiries regarding products and services and resolve issues within their authority. Escalate complex problems to supervisors with recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promote services to members.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and prepare necessary reports, including the organization of loan documents for filing.
- Input and process data within the computer system.
- Act as a liaison between members and various departments.
- Deliver accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional service to all members and colleagues.
- At least six months of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
