Job Summary:

KPH Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders to long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent.
  • Pack and prepare items for facility delivery.
  • Schedule delivery routes in the most efficient manner to ensure timely delivery with the least travel required.
  • Complete all paperwork and proper filing.
  • Ensure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicles, including maintenance of interior and exterior.
  • Greet customers using an appropriate greeting and maintain customer service levels as needed.
  • Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities.
  • Stay current with all state and federal requirements as related to conditions of employment.
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Preferred: 0-2 years of previous experience in a related position.
  • Required (Vermont Employees): Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Required (New Hampshire Employees): Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Special Conditions of Employment: Drug test, initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring, and any additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position.
  • Job Skills Required: Basic math skills, strong communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, and walk throughout the duration of the shift, limited lifting up to 40 lbs, and successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test.

Compensation:

$10.61 - $14.94 an hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
