Job Overview

Ivionics, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering payroll, managing the recruiting lifecycle, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including new hire orientation and separation processes
  • Maintain relationships with PEO and 401K provider to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage employee HR relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner
  • Coordinate and analyze benefits renewal and education process to ensure employees are aware of available benefits
  • Ensure Employee Handbook compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Develop and implement employee administration training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and oversee performance review process and employee roadmaps to ensure career growth and development
  • Administer annual employee engagement survey to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate quarterly employee events and monthly technical lunch and learns to foster a positive work environment
  • Develop and manage bi-monthly newsletter to keep employees informed of company news and updates
  • Oversee and ensure confidentiality of employee census, records, and files
  • Develop and maintain all job descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Promote high employee morale and a positive work environment
  • Oversee and distribute PTO approvals and balances, as well as employee time and expense submissions
  • Distribute employee after-hours rotation calendar and maintain ordering of office supplies
  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Business-minded individual with excellent communication skills
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
  • 3-6 years of office experience
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management within the company
