Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Nationwide Technical Resources Corp. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality materials and services to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure and purchase materials and services from qualified suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms to meet business needs.
  • Conduct supplier surveys and analyze results to identify new potential suppliers and improve procurement processes.
  • Prepare and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the procurement process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize procurement processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in an electronics-manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
