Selectek is seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to oversee construction administration activities for small to large complex projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, collaborating effectively with the project team, including design staff, owners, and contractors.

The Construction Administrator will be responsible for the timely processing of contractor submittals, coordinating closely with project stakeholders, and responding promptly and effectively to contractor requests for information. Additionally, the role will involve facilitating construction progress meetings, addressing project-related challenges, and conducting site observations to document findings and issue detailed field reports.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and processes, including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software is also required. A professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management is desirable, and an Architectural License is preferred.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $100,000 per year. The role offers a hybrid work option, with Monday - Friday hours from 8AM - 5PM and some flexibility for overtime. Travel is not required, and the work attire is business casual.
