About the Role

Children's Wisconsin is a leading health system dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to children. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team, providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership and contributing to the achievement of our vision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support senior leaders with complex projects, utilizing discretion and judgment to drive results.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and flexibility.
  • Collaborate with staff at all levels, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Analyze data to inform recommendations, driving business outcomes and process improvements.
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support for senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and special projects.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an administrative role, including supporting senior leadership and/or multiple leaders.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Windows-based applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
