Sales Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Lamar Advertising Company. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling outdoor advertising solutions to businesses and organizations in our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and goals of our clients.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and sell our advertising solutions to clients.
- Work closely with our creative and production teams to develop and deliver customized advertising campaigns that meet the needs of our clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
