**Job Summary**

At Selectransportation Resources, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling products from our Parts Department, Service Department, and Body Shop to external customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Generate quotes for products sold in the Parts Department, Service Department, and Body Shop.
  • Follow up on leads and quotes generated by the Parts Department, Service Department, and Body Shop.
  • Promote Vehicle Sales, gather leads, and provide them to the Vehicle Sales Manager and Parts Manager.
  • Maintain contact with customers between visits and keep them updated on the status of their vehicles in the Service Department or Body Shop.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork when returning customer parts or cores to the dealership.
  • Communicate with the Warehouse Manager when returns of new parts or cores are expected from customers.
  • Maintain updated Customer Profile sheets for each customer visited and submit them to the Parts Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize analysis tools to grow total sales and focus on increasing penetration of maintenance parts within the customer base.
  • Generate new customer leads.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
