Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing level 1 support inquiries and managing the deployment of hardware for new employees. Collaborating with the operations team, your responsibilities will include enhancing team and office efficiency. This position is well-suited for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in IT support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee hardware inventory and coordinate device repairs.
  • Handle IT support tickets promptly to adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Investigate emerging technologies and tools, sharing insights with the team.
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with all team members.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess
  • Experience as a Google Workspace administrator is essential.
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in WiFi and Networking is required.
  • A technical degree or background in IT System Administration is beneficial.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
  • Knowledge of platforms including MacOS, iOS, and Android is necessary.
  • Experience with VMWare, particularly Workspace One UEM, Kandji, and FreshService inventory management.
  • Understanding of SoC2/IT Audit processes is a plus.
