Key Responsibilities:

As a Banking Product Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving support issues related to our software. This will include troubleshooting problems, recreating client issues in our test environments, and providing expert product support. You'll also be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll also need to be a strong problem-solver with the ability to anticipate next steps and think critically. Experience with the HORIZON core banking system is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone who is client-focused, has strong relationship-building skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
