POSITION SUMMARY

The role is responsible for upholding a superior level of cleanliness across all communal spaces within the establishment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but is not limited to the following)
  • Tasked with sanitizing all gaming machines, restrooms, pool areas, floors, windows, walls, staircases, and elevators, in addition to vacuuming all surfaces.
  • Accountable for maintaining cleanliness in public spaces, TMDR, corridors, and the gaming floor, along with any other designated areas.

  • Undertakes additional job-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Experience with operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, buffers, ladders, dumpsters, floor scrubbers, and hand tools.
  • Proficient in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective gear.
  • Capable of executing assigned tasks under frequent time constraints in a dynamic or confined setting.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be necessary to perform essential job functions)
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent activities including pushing, pulling, bending, and walking.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • May be exposed to a smoking environment, moderate noise levels, and bright lighting.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: Must possess the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests, demonstrate excellent communication and observational skills, and maintain a friendly demeanor to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Flexibility in scheduling is required, which may include working on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
