POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist for one of our communities. This is a Full-Time position, requiring availability from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm, with an on-call rotation. Full benefits and eligibility for a bonus program are included.

Compensation: $19.00 / Hour

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Proficient in a variety of maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC systems, and general construction tasks.
  • Skilled in using basic tools such as paint brushes, rollers, and power tools including drills and saws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine desire to assist others.
  • Flexible scheduling and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
