About the Role

The Vice President of Finance is a critical leadership position at RCG Talent Solutions, responsible for driving financial excellence and strategic growth for CRIPCS and Community Capital Corporation. As a seasoned financial expert, you will oversee the financial management of both organizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic financial leadership to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership teams to develop and execute strategic financial plans, aligning financial strategies with the organization's long-term goals and ensuring sustainability and growth.
  • Financial Health and Operations: Oversee the accounting team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and robust financial controls, lead the annual budgeting process, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to provide regular updates to the board and finance/development committee on financial reports and budget, engage with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic advice, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial leadership, with a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
