POSITION OVERVIEW

We are in search of a motivated individual to become part of our team. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in construction finance and excel in a dynamic, collaborative setting. Key duties involve nurturing partnerships with the Operations division, mastering human resources protocols, and guaranteeing precise reporting for executive review.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Adapt to project requirements and provide support across various functions
  • Gain insights into the operations and establish rapport with team members
  • Comprehend payroll, HR, procurement, and accounts payable procedures
  • Maintain an orderly workspace and communicate efficiently
  • Adhere to Corporate Compliance standards and enforce EEO and labor regulations
