- Update patients' insurance benefits in OncoEMR and Centricity, ensuring seamless coordination of care and accurate billing.
- Perform daily tasks related to Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigation, ensuring efficient and effective management of patient financial information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, medical coding, and billing procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
