We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Financial Navigator to join our team at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. As a Patient Financial Navigator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care while also navigating the complexities of the healthcare system.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and collect patient financial responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and patient payments.
  • Update patients' insurance benefits in OncoEMR and Centricity, ensuring seamless coordination of care and accurate billing.
  • Perform daily tasks related to Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigation, ensuring efficient and effective management of patient financial information.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, medical coding, and billing procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
