  • Confirm patient identity and ensure Medicare medical necessity

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-high school training or college preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic a plus
