We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health HR Coordinator to join our team at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. in Tarzana, California.

About the Role

This dynamic role involves supporting the Human Resources Department with a range of responsibilities, including new hire and onboarding process, benefits administration, leaves of absence management, workers' compensation reporting, and providing administrative and clerical support.

As a successful candidate, you will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.

Experience with HR software, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable, as is prior experience in a healthcare setting.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the new hire process, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and notification of supervisors.
  • Manage leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and workers' compensation reports, as well as update employee data in HR systems.
  • Create and distribute new hire orientation materials, present the HR portion at New Hire Orientation, and generate reports as needed.
  • Offer top-notch customer service to employees, vendors, and other stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Salary Range: $26.00 per hour DOE
