Job Opportunity: Interventionist for Children

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a qualified Interventionist for Children to join our team, working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in various settings, including schools and homes.
  • Supporting clients in developing essential skills, such as communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks.
  • Implementing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Valid US work authorization.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
  • Negative TB test results.
  • Reliable vehicle and CA driver's license.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD or similar conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
