Job Description
ResourceMFG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Office Operations Manager Position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our local HR functions, including planning and providing support for hearing tests, as well as OSHA compliance and office supply management.
Responsibilities:
- HR Planning and Support: Provide assistance with local HR functions, including conducting hearing tests and maintaining accurate records.
- OSHA Compliance: Ensure the office is in compliance with all relevant OSHA regulations, including record-keeping and reporting requirements.
- Office Supply Management: Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies, ensuring that the office is always adequately stocked.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience as an office manager or in a related field.
- Tier 2 reporting experience.
- Microsoft skills.
- A reliable attendance record.
Salary Information
The starting salary for this role is $20 per hour, 30 hours per week.
