Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate/Cashier to join our team at Global Partners LP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the store, including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash containers.
- Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
- Sweep and mop floors, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Conduct gasoline tank inventory, checking readings and reporting any discrepancies.
- Check product in as it is delivered from vendors, ensuring that all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Perform yard maintenance, including sweeping, shoveling, and painting, as well as checking gas wells and other equipment.
- Assist with light equipment maintenance, including pumps, lighting, and machinery.
- Participate in merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and promoting products.
- Wear the required store uniform and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Be available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays, as well as attend mandatory meetings.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to freely access all areas of the store.
