  • Assist multiple stations with food preparation, cooking, and plating.

  • Handle, store, and rotate products properly in accordance with SNHD regulations.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and dish station areas.
  • Label prepared food items accurately according to Health Department standards.
  • Adhere to all health code regulations and standards.
  • Record food temperatures, production, and waste on required documentation.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a high-energy restaurant or hotel dining venue preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Awareness of safe storage and handling of food guidelines.
  • In possession of a current Health Card.
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Capable of reaching, bending, pulling frequently, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location factors.
