About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at Schneider Downs. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic direction and oversight of our HR technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR technology stack, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades of HR applications, systems, and modules.
  • Provide production support, researching and resolving issues, and performing scheduled activities to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of our HR technology stack, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced security measures.
  • Manage projects and process improvements, applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
  • Serve as the lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and key stakeholders for HRIS design and enhancement projects.
  • Function as the system administrator, maintaining role-based user security, generating reports and queries, and assisting in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Support HR technology upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Conduct training, developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and training new users on new processes and functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of HRIS experience.
  • Experience with UKG, Skillsoft Percipio, and/or Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) is preferred.
  • Proven project management experience, including leveraging Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR technology solutions that drive business value.
  • Deep knowledge of HR technology and experience providing thought leadership.
  • Ability to influence change in an organization, quickly and with agility.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
