Strategic HR Leader

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a seasoned HR leader to join its Pittsburgh-based team. With over 7,500 employees globally, the company is a technology leader in delivering innovative solutions to various industries. As a Strategic HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Consultation: Collaborate with line management to provide expert advice on HR matters, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify training needs for teams and individuals, ensuring future leadership continuity. Administer trainings, including their effectiveness, in conjunction with the corporate talent development lead.
- Labor Relations and Employee Engagement: Maintain and/or improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Workforce Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report meaningful workforce metrics, including performance ratings, compensation, turnover, years of service, demographics, and more.
- Innovation and Governance: Express new ideas, suggest solutions, and propose new trends/strategies aligned with business goals, considering budget limitations and company culture. Provide guidance on corporate HR policy and programs, partnering with the segment legal and compliance lead as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic HR business partner role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and provide innovative HR solutions.
This role requires the candidate to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
