About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Optimization Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for driving cost savings and process improvements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements for clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project results
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and track project progress and results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in vendor management, analysis, and/or consulting
  • Strong experience with data analysis using MS Excel
  • Experience leading teams and managing projects
  • Ability to use project management software to manage deliverables
