Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing a complex calendar, preparing confidential correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other senior executives, directors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including developing and formatting executive-level presentations and reports.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and plan meetings, dinners, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize the CEO's documents, files, and records, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the CEO and other senior executives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and prepare regular and special reports, requiring data selection from various sources.
- Correspondence and Communication: Compose correspondence of a general business nature, including financial, legal, technical, and other business terminology.
- Telephone and Email Management: Receive, screen, and relay telephone calls, and manage email accounts, including filing and clearing daily email influx.

- Travel and Expense Management: Assist in the management of travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all necessary parties, including staff, external partners, and associates.
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree or a combination of related experience, with a strong background in supporting senior management in a manufacturing organization.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate high-level service and response.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize demands and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software applications.
