About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless operations and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screening and prioritizing their inbox, emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, with a focus on efficiency and detailed communication.
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain discretion in all interactions.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation for the CEO's use.
  • Attend executive-level meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist the CEO in various projects, research tasks, and special assignments.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
What We Offer

TTEC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000, an annual incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, tax-advantaged health care accounts, financial and income protection benefits, paid time off, and wellness time off.
