Position Overview

Are you passionate about leading significant and multifaceted initiatives? This role is tailored for you. As a Program Manager for Business Transformation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) Business Change Management (BCM) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main consultant to the NATO ACT BCM on matters of business transformation, process enhancement, change leadership, and performance optimization to influence studies and evaluations.
  • Serve as the intermediary between NATO BCM and Serco project teams engaged in business transformation, change leadership, and performance optimization endeavors.
  • Stay informed about the BCM team's initiatives and assist in the development of deliverables based on emerging needs.
  • Regularly interact with the HQ SACT Contracting Officers Technical Representatives (COTR) regarding overall contract performance, timelines, and reporting.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A Master's Degree (or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by 15 years of relevant experience) with over 10 years of practical experience in change leadership or process enhancement.
  • An active NATO SECRET or DOD Secret clearance.
  • Proven experience in engaging with all levels of an organization, from executive leadership to operational staff, to foster and drive business transformation.
  • Experience in navigating change within intricate organizational policies, cultures, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to allocate resources for addressing complex challenges, including leveraging a broad spectrum of skills and expertise.
  • Experience working in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% may be necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Lean Practitioner.
  • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Experience as a staff officer within a large military organization.
  • A client-centric approach, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing client experiences and proactively identifying opportunities to support their objectives.
