The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ML6, a global leader in the manufacture of innovative instrumentation solutions for Process Measurement, Automation, Control, and HVAC applications.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for calling on major OEM customers and key resale partners in the North East USA, covering ME, NY, NJ, VT, and RI.

You will report to the Channel Sales Director and be responsible for making direct calls to large key accounts, making direct calls with distribution partners and their sales teams, and reporting on the acceptance of our clients' products in the field.

You will also be responsible for recommending modifications to old products and the development of new products based on field observations, communicating on the status of competitors, and demonstrating consistent urgency to accomplish organizational objectives.

Additionally, you will advise management on general business conditions in the assigned region, establish and monitor objectives for the region and territory, and provide and review annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets.

Key performance indicators will include sales activities, product presentations, and collaboration with sales management to assign performance goals for sales representatives and distributors.

We are looking for a candidate with 5-7 years of outside field sales experience, solid business acumen, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an understanding of our clients' products, markets, and applications.

What you'll be doing:
