Neurofeedback Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurofeedback Therapist to join our team at the Center for NeuroPotential LLP. As a Neurofeedback Therapist, you will work closely with our clients to help them overcome trauma-related issues and achieve optimal mental health.

Your responsibilities will include providing individual counseling sessions, evaluating and tracking client progress, performing intake assessments, and providing therapy sessions for individuals managing PTSD, depression, and anxiety. You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of 15-18 clients, maintaining precise and timely clinical records, and engaging in clinical consultations and educational training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling sessions to address trauma-related issues in clients

• Engage in clinical consultations, Neurofeedback clinical rounds, and educational training sessions

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy specific to Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA
• Successful applicants should have undergone training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies, or be willing to pursue such training
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Health Record and ensuring timely documentation is highly preferred
• A strong commitment to collaborative teamwork is crucial for excelling in this position

Compensation:

$30 - $35 hourly
