Field Sales Representative for Heavy Equipment

Lyle Machinery Co., a well-established equipment dealer with over 60 years of experience, is dedicated to maintaining a supportive and balanced work environment that aligns with our core values. We operate across multiple states in the southeast, providing a range of services including sales, leasing, and rental of heavy machinery.
This role requires a blend of market insight, product knowledge, territory management, and sales expertise to enhance revenue by cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. This position offers a base salary plus commission, with a standard work schedule from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and presents significant income potential for the ideal candidate.

The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in an Outside Sales Representative role within the construction equipment sector
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- A demonstrated ability to expand business through effective strategic planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with our operating system (CDK), CRM tools, and manufacturer websites
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
