Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Knowles Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's support equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, using technical manuals and expertise to resolve problems.
  • Install, connect, and diagnose various systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment is running at peak performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent wear and tear.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge and skills to improve our operations.
Requirements
  • 2-year technical degree or 3 years of experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with software on manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to read schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
