Job Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our new Multi-family Community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in general property upkeep and repairs. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professionalism are essential for effective interaction with residents, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing prompt and courteous responses to resident maintenance requests.
  • Ensuring units are turned to the highest standards of quality.
  • Conducting property clean-up and general maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnosing issues and performing repairs in various areas, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior structures, and appliances.
Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of maintenance, including basic knowledge of tools, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, service requests, appliance repair, and apartment make-ready processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Schedule

This position requires availability on weekends and participation in an on-call emergency response rotation.
