  • Adhering to safety protocols, ensuring cleanliness and safety in work environments.
  • Guaranteeing that equipment is maintained efficiently and safely to reduce downtime.
  • Identifying potential safety hazards and proposing methods for their elimination.
  • Conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Collaborating independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical challenges.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Completion of a 2-year technical degree or possessing 3 years of experience in maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with software utilized in manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
  • Engaging in physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, and working at heights.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related systems.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, scissors, and boom lifts up to 40 feet high.
  • Reading schematics and comprehending programmable logic and electrical circuits.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift weights of 30-40 lbs.
