Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

  • Responding promptly and courteously to maintenance requests from residents.
  • Ensuring units are turned over to the highest standards of quality.
  • Performing general property upkeep and maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnosing and repairing issues in various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
  • Carrying out carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks as needed.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
Work Schedule

This position requires availability on weekends and participation in an on-call emergency response rotation.
