About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility support equipment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience with software used in manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, and diagnose issues.
  • Read and interpret system manuals and technical documentation.
  • Install, connect, and diagnose various systems, including electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure energy efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and propose methods to eliminate hazards.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Requirements
  • 2-year technical degree or 3 years of experience in maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with software used in manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to read schematics and electrical circuits.
