Medpace Finance and Accounting Internship Program

The Medpace Finance and Accounting Internship Program is a comprehensive, paid professional development opportunity that offers hands-on experience in finance and accounting. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to gain valuable skills and knowledge in financial concepts, critical thinking, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and systems that drive budgeting and reporting processes.
  • Partner with various departments to assess financial performance and develop forecasts and budgets.
  • Prepare and present internal financial reports to senior management and other business stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects that provide opportunities to apply finance, accounting, analytical, and business skills to improve existing processes.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management.
