solvENT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

  • The Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The role involves managing multiple tasks and priorities, including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless patient flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records and files

Requirements:

  • 1+ years working in a medical office or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment

Salary and Benefits:
