About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to our office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events
  • Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to office staff
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; construction administration experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
