Job Overview:
The Front Desk Manager is a key member of our team at Drury Hotels. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional guest service.
Salary: $18/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling cash transactions, and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process all front desk related functions including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and billing.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions.
