About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time hourly position with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating our new hire onboarding process, ensuring compliance with government-mandated regulations, and providing excellent customer service to employees and supervisors. You will work closely with the Onboarding and Compliance Manager to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including verifying documents and communicating with employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including paperwork and certifications.
  • Use various external agency portals to track clearance statuses and ensure compliance with required regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with employees and supervisors to provide updates on onboarding status and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support seamless transition between onboarding, payroll, and recruitment teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in human resources, compliance, or onboarding.
