Responsibilities
  • Support the human resources communication strategy through monitoring of Track-IT ticketing system, participation in educational campaigns, and attendance at new hire orientations.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR management team.
  • Manage and take ownership for the ongoing onboarding process for all new hires, including verifying background check and all new hire paperwork completed.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee records to ensure all required documents are accounted for.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of human resources policies and practices.
  • Coordinate Human Resources documentation maintenance.

The estimated salary for this position is $68,000 - $77,000 per annum, depending on experience.
