We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Federal Consulting team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. This challenging role requires a strong understanding of healthcare information technology consulting and the ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and drive internal team initiatives. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings, and make recommendations to clients based on your extensive knowledge of HCIT. With a strong focus on process improvement, you will mitigate solution risks and issues and drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $71,200 to $158,200 per annum, as well as opportunities for bonus and equity. Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
• Mitigate solution risks and issues
• Execute workflow and process improvement strategies
• Lead client meetings and events
• Drive internal team initiatives

Requirements:
At least 8 years combined related work experience and higher education, including:
• At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, support, or other client-facing or IT solution work experience
• At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects
• U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts
• Ability to obtain government security clearance card applicable to the position

Salary Range:
$71,200 - $158,200 per annum, plus opportunities for bonus and equity
