Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $71,200 to $158,200, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, employees may be eligible for bonus and equity opportunities.
Job Description:
This Senior Consultant position plays a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients on service line workflow, guiding them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, and providing solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess at least 8 years of combined related work experience and completed higher education. This includes at least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience. A strong understanding of healthcare workflows, process improvement strategies, and stakeholder management is essential. Additionally, self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are vital qualities for success in this position.
