About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enrollment Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our admissions and enrollment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze information to advise students on college-wide activities, courses, programs, and services.
  • Analyze student inquiries, ascertain solutions, and direct students in proper action steps.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge base of college programs, services, and other activities.
  • Assist students through onboarding and enrollment processes and procedures.
  • Anticipate and define student problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the unit, as assigned.
  • Perform data entry and analysis, and participate in student outreach efforts.
  • Review and process requests related to holds and credit hour limits.
  • Coordinate and input incoming test scores for prospective students.
  • Process applications for admissions to the College.
  • Collect, review, and verify incoming documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage correspondence, including creating written correspondence to internal and external constituents.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in admissions, registration, or an enrollment office at a college or university.
  • Proficiency in using a personal computer and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligible applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States and not require employer visa sponsorship.
